Some of the best coffee in town, always freshly roasted and ready to take home, good wine, cosy atmosphere, pleasant garden in the back, perfect to meet friends or do some work on a laptop

The coffee is not great, it doesn’t taste like specialty coffee…mine at least was kind of sour, thing that only happened to me at coffee machines on the street for exemple 😅 but the back terrace is very cute, quiet and chill, perfect for studying or doing some work on the laptop (they have power outlets also). Too bad it’s a bit messy, and not very well mantained… chairs and tables dusted and all over the place, or at least this is how i found them at around 12pm..overall i would recommend coming here just for the terrace but not really the coffee unfortunately

Terrible. After reading good reviews about this place, I came to drink delicious coffee. As a result, the barista at first could not properly explain in English that the payment is after you drink coffee, and not, as in all coffee shops, upon purchase. Then they brought me sour coffee in a dirty cup. The place needs renovation, quite dirty and half of the furniture is broken. Sitting on the couch, a board fell off of it on my feet. After drinking coffee, I had to wait for the barista near the cash register until he returned to pay. The prices are the same as in all coffee shops, despite the fact that the service is terrible. I am very sad.

Kind of a rip off considering that the prices inside are actually 50%higher than what îs posted outside... for to go they say.. but considering that inside they use smaller reusable cups while to go .. you catch my drift. All în all, a mediocre coffee in petty cups more expensive than in the centre of Antwerp, for instance. Also the place looks quite ran down, although it has pottential.. just lack of motivation and hard working ppl, I guess. Good luck foolling other customers too.

Great coffee,cozy atmosphere, a good place to relax with a book ,study or just have a drink with friends.

Good coffee, good seating. There were a few students, drinking coffee and studying. So a good place with a nice atmosphere.

Coffee Factory is a somewhat good place. The interior is nice but small. In the back they have a big garden with a lot of tables. The chairs are not comfortable. After 30-40 minutes it starts to hurt. It's nice they have some sockets in a part of the garden. The overall looking of it is unkempt as there are lots of leaves and walls uncleaned. The menu is limited in products and the waiter might forget you want to order so you should better order before you sit.

I recommend going to Coffee Factory at least once to form your opinion! :)
