Frustrated with the service staff, despite their friendliness, no one could understand  English, and they charged us for two hot pot dinners despite the fact that only one of us was actually eating there. I actually told them this before we started and a few times throughout the meal. I barely even tasted nothing. I made an effort to clarify while billing, but they denied me. £47 could be donated even if we don't want
to.

First time here, very good impression of the staff very polite and helpful.
The atmosphere is nice and the music ambience was quite relaxing.
The staff explained us how to have the best experience of the hotpot, all the seafood and more ingredients displayed on the shelves looked fresh.
It’s one of the best experiences preparing your own food with the many options you have to choose between condiments, vegetables, seafood and much more.
The overall experience was great, good value for price and you can eat as much as you can for two hours 😋.
Highly recommended to visit this Chinese restaurant.

Really amazing Chinese BBQ/Hotpot place that serves a variety of meats and vegetables! A great place for celebrations and meet-ups with friends

Tried spicy lamb soup hotpot at a local place. Staff were nice, but very much self-service and authentic atmosphere. Seafood quality was ok. After a while, the lamb smell became overpowering. Would recommend chicken soup base next time.

Delicious hot pot buffet with a variety of options for people to go up and get their own food. Friendly staff and people all around, just make sure to bring cash since they don’t take card.

This is the Hotpot restaurant where Chinese recommends, very friendly staff and clean food. Atmosphere is great too, moreover you can eat as much as you can!
