The worst GP surgery I've ever heard of or seen. I approached them a year ago about severe back pain, they shrugged it off with mild painkillers and a referred to a Physio who literally googled stretches for me to do. A year of pain later, I managed to get A&E to do an MRI scan. Surprise, suprise I've got THREE discs protruding out of my spine and A&E doctors said surgery is recommended. Referred back to this GP. Doctor there wants to refer me to Physio again, despite telling her I've already done this a year to no avail. A week later nobody from Physio has called. I call the surgery back, he's on holiday for another week and I'll have to call late next week to see if his calenders free. Most people can't even walk on one slipped disc, let alone three. I just have to continue working a physical job on it, and suffer like I have done for 12+months. Ridiculous. Today I'm going to register with another GP. St Clements Surgery is an utter joke.

I have only ever had difficulties with getting my repeat prescriptions in the last three years I have been with this surgery. They send the wrong medications, the wrong doses, only half of the dose, don’t send the prescription to the pharmacy, all of these problems repeatedly occur even when speaking to them on the phone to confirm, the problems still occur afterwards. The interactions with doctors were good in person, but it has been exhausting and problematic for someone who needs regular medications. Strongly recommend registering somewhere else. I have already contacted them multiple times about this, unfortunately nothing has ever improved my experience here and I have moved elsewhere.

The 2 star rating is only for the receptionists. There is one receptionist in particular who is very rude & incompetent. Ive complained many times, but it falls on deaf ears. The rest of the receptionists are okay. This surgery unfortunately does not take our feedback into consideration. That being said, the doctors are AMAZING. They care, friendly & very experienced..Dr.Hernadenz in particular is just the best doctor Ive met. I hope they improve the quality of the reception team. It's really giving the surgery a bad name.

My family and I have been using this surgery for a very long time now. All the staff and doctors are excellent and always very helpful.

A nurse at this surgery tried to pressure me into giving consent to a screening test I'd already made it clear I didn't want to have, while she had a needle in my arm drawing blood. I've been scared to visit the GP ever since. I wish I'd got her name so I could make an official complaint.

I love the way doctors treat us but i am always not hapoy with the people from reception when i talk to them regarding booking an apoitment always they annoying me ,they are not helpful at all even if they know your situation ,and soo many people complain about this😔
