Very very bad service I hope I will never go there for grocery again and delivery service its soo bad order More then 2 time delivery not came again call for grocery no 1 answer the call what kind of service they are providing

Very bad Delivery Service, It will take more than 2 hours for delivery even nearby place.

The worst experience ever! the cashier was soo soo rude to my dad. He was super disrespectful and spoke very rudely to my dad. Its a common complain Ive heard that the staff in Madina Supermarket are rude but since we've experienced it first hand, I can confirm and say we're never shopping here ever again. Cant believe that man spoke to my dad like that when my dad was talking to him very nicely. Is this how you treat your customers? Very unprofessional and unethical

Their smoking veps are fake 5000 puffs 36 dirhams it takes 4 days and is finished not even 3 weeks at least

Impressed by their outdoor tea and snack section. The area was always busy, with customers enjoying the delicious tea and snacks that the store had to offer. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making sure that customers were satisfied with their orders. The outdoor seating area was also well-maintained and provided a great atmosphere for socializing with friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend the outdoor tea and snack section at Nahdhath Al Madina Supermarket for anyone looking for a great spot to enjoy some delicious snacks and tea. Rude and non cooperative staff. I have been shopping since more than 4 years from this supermarket. It had a good management earlier however now they are least bothered for anything. There are offers for customers with maddy rewards application but the server is usually down. Customers are not even informed if there is a server issue and the offer will not be applicable. The quality of fruits vegetables is not up to the mark as it use to be earlier. The supermarket needs a good management.

I visit this place most of the time for my fault grocery needs.
Everything here is fresh and reasonably priced.
Staff is polite and since the management has changed things are placed in a better place now.
Fish/ Chicken/ Mutton is all fresh here!!
