NMC Medical Centre Al Nahda

I would like to thank NMC management for recruiting the right knowledgeable professionals for assisting the patients. At NMC, the Doctors and healthcare staffs are thorough professionals with immense knowledge. I have had ortho related issues since 2021 and must say that I can't thank enough for the unending support I get from orthopedic as well as the physiotherapy departments. I would like to thank Ms.Vimala from physiotherapy department for giving me the right intervention at the right time. She is immensely knowledgeable and i want to mention here that she is an asset to the organisation. Keep doing the good work. Your act of service is unmatched !!!

Very Arrogant behaviour from Dr. Benjamin - GP, Al Nahda Sharjah branch.

My wife visited as she had cough and throat pain followed to the fever she had 2 days back.
He asked her to take panadol injection which she enquired whether it is required as fever is not there that time.

Then his attitude changed and started talking rude. And was not willing to prescribe medicine for cough and throat pain as well. He didn't check her throat congestion.

Funny thing was asking her to take appointment for next day when she asked for medicine prescription. Reason said was - "he closed the file already".

Why we need to pay for these kind of worst service.

We have been to NMC Al Nahda shj clinic a numerous time. The only issue I face is the shortage of their nurses in Pediatric Division which is their only busy section day or night. This Monday 30th Oct 2023 I had visited the clinic with my daughter. At the time there was 3 to 4 pediatric doctors and 2 nurses.

We have complained about this way too many times at the facility itself but I believe they cannot resolve this.

These nurses who are there are doing a tremendous job from checking the vitals, submitting for insurance approval, flu tests, assisting doctors and a lot more I believe. They are able to keep their cool and carry on with the over load on them.

The management should be ashamed in not taking this seriously even after so many complaints from us and so many other parents from there itself. Allocating proper staff will help in the smooth running of every process. Here we have to wait and then the doctor needs to wait to get their assistance if required.

The bad rating is only for the management’s flaw in regards to short staffing and kindly provide a better space or area for pediatric division, way too congested for these many doctors and their patients in waiting. Especially with sick children in such close space is too difficult.

My experience in NMC Al Nahda was very good. Reception staff is very supportive and helpful. The atmosphere is very clean & polite. Dr. Gowri Sairam is the best gynecologist there. She is very lovely. She handles the patients very nicely and lovingly. For any gynecological problems, i would like to recommend Dr. Gowri Sairam. She has a lot of experience in gyne field.



I've been visiting this clinic for the past 8 years for myself and my son as they have amazing pediatricians. But recently the time management regarding appointments and walk-in has been horrible. Even when I call at 7 am in the morning the appointments are full therefore we are forced to take a walk-in token at the designated time. We cannot anticipate when our children will fall sick for us to book appointments few days ahead. I've been waiting to see the doctor for 3 hours now. Unfortunately this will be the last time I visit this clinic for my son as the clinic doesn't think our time is important.

My son is not well, and he is only three years old. I've tried calling NMC Al Nahda Sharjah several times, but they never pick up, and when they do, it's usually after 6 p.m., when the appointment is already full. Reception staff are saying there is only one staff, and they are busy because they are getting several calls. We can understand, but we are also busy, so please try to understand your front desk staff. Our time is also valuable. We are coming there because of the doctors care and their good experience only.
