We enjoy coming here, with the good food and chill atmosphere. The lady at cash is always very smiley too, nice start to a day.
They have a nice outdoor seating area. There’s a nice open courtyard that kids can play in. Hubby ordered their Hawaiian latte which was very tasty. The chai I ordered was bland and watery and could definitely use more flavor.

Honolulu Coffee was an excellent cafe to have breakfast at to start off our time in Vancouver. With ample space, outdoor seating, delicious and unique items like the guava cream puff, and abundance of aloha vibes, this spot did not disappoint. The breakfast burrito was a bit heavy on the quinoa I have to say, but the cold brew, breakfast sandwich, and cream puff were quality. Worth a stop if you’re walking by and looking for a place to step back and relax.

One of my favourite coffee spots in Vancouver! I frequent both the Olympic Village and downtown locations. I’m not from Hawaii, but I’m from the East Coast of Australia, so the overall surfy/beach vibe at Honolulu Coffee makes me feel right at home. I enjoy the black coffee at Honolulu, and the Hawaiian latte. Also: the cream cheese muffin. Absolutely delightful. The downtown location has a big table ideal for working from a laptop also! Staff are always friendly and there’s just a real cosy atmosphere here.

Delicious açai bowls. Coffee is definitely a must try. They have many options to choose from. They also usually have creative menu items to try and they always participate in Vancouver Hot chocolate fest with cool entries.

A bit busy but can usually find a seat quickly enough. Docking one star because the prices are a bit on a higher side.

Must try hawaiian coffee if you like sweetened coffee. If not, it is still worth to try their kona coffee which is fabulous. Guava bread is amazing. They have cute merchandises as well.

I loved the place, I came here on purpose to have Raincouver (it’s their seasonal drink - hot chocolate , they will serve it till 14 Feb) I saw it in Instagram, it looked so appealing. When I came there it was almost on every table 😄 also it works till 6 pm, which is a pretty good as normally cool cafes in Vancouver close real early. It was very crowded though , we luckily got a seat.

Unfortunately have to change my rating. I’ve had good açai bowls here in the past but the quality has gone down. I brought an out of town friend here for the açai bowls and they were icy and not at all the texture of a smoothie. Chunks of ice in the bowl made it very unenjoyable to eat for breakfast. I mentioned it to the barista and she said “the açai is cold so that’s why there’s chunks of ice”. Considering you pay $20 a bowl, I expected a little more or at least better service. Will not be returning. Body energy club and Craffles on Davie have better smoothie bowls.
The coffee here was decent despite the disappointing bowls.
