Impossible to book an actual appointment here, the person that answers the phone seems to be sleeping. She actually gave me another number and no one answers. Bye bye! I will go elsewhere. Should not even get one star.

ALL OF THE ONE STAR REVEIWS ARE CORRECT! I was scheduled to have a sleep study at GW on 3/30/23. I canceled two days before my appointment base on the negative over the phone interaction with a staff member while attempting to find out information regarding my appointment. They absolutely do not care about their patients.

I continue to have a horrible experience with this place. Where possible I would avoid GW Faculty Associates - I've not yet met a doctor or employee that treats you with respect and makes you feel like they know what you are doing. I would have expected differently given their affiliation, but I was wrong

If it were possible to rate negative stars they deserve it. I hoped all the negative reviews had been addressed. It is my experience and opinion they don't care about their reputation or patients. Being patronized and dismissed isn't what I would call good patient practice.. I felt insulted and demeaned. There are good sleep doctors out there, just not at this place.

Terrible. completely disorganized. If you're looking for a curbside experience as they advertise absolutely do not go there. It is a complete cluster. also if you want them to be able to write down your insurance information you should probably go elsewhere. Apparently they're incapable of doing that as well.

UPDATE: I went to another sleep specialist and it took a total of 2 weeks to evaluate and treat me. It took GW 4 months to do half as much. Terrible.

I'm now four months in and I have yet to receive necessary equipment for a serious illness. I feel unimportant to this practice. After I talked to an administrative assistant to elevate my concerns, she said there was nothing she could do and gave me a card with no email address on it.

I wish this worked out, but I feel like they don't prioritize their patients, even if they ask for help.

One of the worst organized health providers offices I have every been to. The health care providers were great, but everything else was terrible. I almost didn't even continue with them after my first contact, but the director met with me herself to make up for it. I don't think I was ever seen on time, I was hung up on more than once (the phone was picked up, I could hear office background sounds and then the receiver was replaced). There was a privacy violation in that someone in the process of confirming my information instead of asking for it read the information to me and asked if that was mine (DoB and address I believe).

Like the above review stated, this has to be most incompetently run office I have ever encountered. I have never left an online review in my life but this place crossed a line. In short, I called and set up an appointment for a sleep study. A week prior I received a phone call informing me I had scheduled the wrong appointment and needed to schedule an intake appointment. When I attempted to reschedule I was left on hold/hung up on/transferred to dead extensions (several times) & condescended to. WTF over!
