Very bad experience trying to buy a used car. I had to request pictures of the car several times as they were not online. Despite having an appointment to test the car, the car was very dirty and had close to no gas in the tank, which forced us to have a very short test drive. The engine light came up during the test drive which led to the dealer running diagnostics on the car. I asked for a copy of the results of this test and was told they would be sent - I never got them. I believed the car was too expensive as its previous use was commercial (which was not disclosed until I received the carfax report) and the milage was higher than advertised. I was told that I should make an offer. I made an offer, which I thought was reasonable, and got a very unprofessional text back rejecting my offer with no counter offer and was basically told to go elsewhere. I called to complain to the manager about my poor experience. The manager was out of office but I got told by another manager that he would call me back shortly. He never did.

I found the quality of service provided by Anju Audi to be underwhelming, and my rating reflects that. Despite the fantastic assistance provided by financial advisor Bruno, I think, his skills and efforts may be better suited to a different Audi dealership. The communication skills with the receptionists and sales representatives were lacking professionalism which was apparent and somewhat frustrating.

In stark contrast, the service I received from BMW for my X3 was exceptional. Comparing this experience to my time with Anju Audi during the purchase of my 2033 RS5, it felt more like I had bought a used bicycle from a consignment store. The car's reasonable value was the only reason I went through with the purchase.
Unfortunately, the after-sale service and support from Anju Audi have been even worse. Despite needing assistance with something that is pending resolution.

Luckily, I am thankful to be living in Ottawa, where I can have my new car serviced with local dealership.

Their service is as always - impeccable! They really take care of their customers! And as usual they give you back your car newly washed and sparkling like new!

Great service, I went for a 85k maintenance. The Rep asked me about what the car needed and recommended some other services based on his experience and model of the car. I left the car in the morning and picked up in the afternoon with a full report of the services performed in the car (ps: you get the report everywhere you take your car). In addition, I received a courtesy car at no additional cost (just the gas) for the day while they serviced the car. Overall, I liked the service and would recommend it. Just make sure that you book your service ahead of time. Another thing to consider is that if you book online, the days might not be accurate as the website is not updated regularly, so expect they will call you later to confirm and rebook the appointment. Other that that, there were no issues.

Purchased a pre-owned car. Excellent, very responsive and courteous service from Manex Joseph. I live in Ottawa and the experience was seamless - just had to show up once the car was ready and get the keys. Purchased a 2016 car and it looks new. They also made the experience of buying a car out of province very easy.

Didn’t have to pay the Quebec part of the taxes, I paid those here in Ontario.

Would certainly recommend Audi Anjou!
