Bought a resale car from this location recently and dealt with a rep name Jenny. Thoroughly impressed with how she guided me through inventory availability to nail down what I was looking for. I must say it is refreshing to deal with a car sales rep who is honest, knowledgeable, responsive and upfront with you. Seamless process from beginning to end. I highly recommend this dealership and to seek out Jenny to help you if possible.

I had a terrible experience with their service department. I brought my Range for a regular service, but they kept my car the whole day because of issues with their machines. The service representative was unfriendly and looked like in a groggy mood in the morning , and the after-sales service was even worse. I called multiple times to reach the service rep to address the that service light is still showing but got no response, and even left several voicemails 3 days in a row with no callbacks. I spoke to receptionist and asked for the manager or owner to contact me, but it was unsuccessful. Finally, after a few days, the service manager called me, and he was arrogant and argued that they never received my messages. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will be bringing it up with Land Rover Canada. I have no plans to purchase my new Range from them and regret not sticking with Range Rover Decarie, where I had a much better experience. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and they couldn't even manage a regular service properly.

Additionally, it would have been nice to have the owner call me so I could address my concerns and share my experience directly with him. It seems like the owner might think he is too good to talk to customers, which is disappointing.

I made a purchase of a used vehicle for Land Rover/Jaguar West-Island and I was served by Karim Jarjour who was very friendly, helpful and made my purchase go smoothly. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and provided a warm welcome.

Karim provided us with excellent client service. Made the purchase of my range rover sport smooth and was very attentive to our needs. Would 100% come back in future for my next range rover. He even went the extra step and gave us a personalized gift. Unlike other dealers i have experienced, atmosphere much more friendly. Eman was also very professional and made transaction streamlined. Best dealership i have dealt with so far.
