Omg worst experience ever dr Rabinder sidhu barely gets your point and cuts the call after half conversation . I have to make appointment again like seriously

Receptionist is soo poor never answer calls to book appointment why they even have job If they not gone do it. Poor staffing

Dr Karthika is useless. First she was half an hour late to the appointment. No apologies no acknowledgement. Didn't even hear me properly and told me it's a viral infection but instead wrote me antibiotics as prescription.

Dr Karthika Arulsothynathan has her way or the highway attitude. She prescribed me medications after I told her how bad my situation is. She didn't even let me suggest what medications I want to try or what medications I have to take to àvoid suicide. She just prescribed what she wanted and rushed me of the phone. Horrible.

receptionist 👎🏿.i think patients should go to this lady for treatment, not to doctor.(lots of questions ,its like police inquiry.lol).i went this clinic for precipitation.she is asking why i need it and what kinda precipitation i need.(maybe she’s docter)

Overall good experience. Wait times are longer but that's the case with any other medical clinic. Staff generally is friendly and Doctors are good except couple of them who give an impression like you why did you come here.
