Overall, the experience was positive; I was able to schedule an appointment, and the woman working at the front desk was quite helpful in providing me with the information I required. Doctors are also pleasant.

Overall good experience at this clinic. I was able to walk in, book an appointment for an hour later, and select a female doctor. The Doctor was very patient and understanding with me!

I do really like the care this clinic gives to my mother. The nurse practitioner and the family doctor are fantastic! But I do have issues with trying to get a hold of anyone at front desk by phone at times. I've been phoning their office since 9am till 11:45am on a regular Friday to tell them the pharmacy is still waiting for prescription refill authorization from the doctor's office since Tuesday... I don't know if they didn't check their phone systems today, but I cannot drop everything to drop by to check if they are actually open/closed. This is not the first time either.

I agree with most of the positive reviews. I suspect that clients who are happy outnumber those that are not by a factor of 20. The reviews are most probably the less reasonable among us. They should try the emegency room at any big hospital. My rating is 4.5 for the clinic - the staff and doctors are very very professional.

Everyone seems to complain about this clinic but if you follow their protocol it’s actually really good. Show up early, get a spot, come back. It’s been working great for me. I rather this than have to sit in a clinic for hours and hours to see a doctor.

This is not a walk in clinic. Don't waste your time. Don't believe the hours of operation. If you are trying to do a walk-in you have to show up 20 min before it's open just to be told to come back later in the day but yet if you show up any later than before it opens you are told to come back tomorrow. One time I came back later in the day as instructed by the front desk, and when I came back, they told me they filled up with appointments and to come back tomorrow. It took me 3 days to finally successfully see a doctor there. This is not a walk-in! I want to save you time. Also the front desk staff have terrible service and would never answer the phone. I haven't been there in a year I just remembered this as I'm looking for another clinic. I will never go back there!

Don’t trust their working hours in Google maps or on their doors. They never accept patients on the weekends. This is at least 3rd time I am trying to get there on Saturday .
The only chance to actually see a doctor is to come there 8-9 AM on a weekday, then they will schedule you for later in the day (usually around 11-12). Which is by the way very stupid - you have to come there so they can just make an appointment for you and then you need to come again. Why would a sick person go there twice if they just could save a trip my making an appointment over the phone or online like in other clinics .
And not everyone can come there at 8-9 AM weekday, some people have jobs! I wish they would allow people to make appointments over the phone!
