After using Celebrity for 6 years and giving them all of our touring business, they provided us with a star coach with a roach infestation! My bassist woke up on the first night of tour with bugs crawling all over him. Celebrity refused to send us a new bus, refused to have the bus professionally bombed and cleaned, and instead told the driver to buy bug bombs from Home Depot and wipe the bus down with wet wipes afterward. Our bus driver had asthma and refused to do it, so they forced the driver of another bus on the tour to do it. When I told them that the "solution" was not up to our standards they threatened to call the busses back to Nashville and leave us stranded. The bus was not cleaned thoroughly afterward, we were finding dead bugs (and live ones) all over the bus for 2 weeks. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever dealt with on the road. We all work long, hard days and spend tens of thousands of dollars to have a safe, clean space to call home while we travel. They did not provide that for us. They refused to refund us or give us credit back for this issue. We will never work with them again, and neither should you.
