If I could give 0/10, absolutely would! This was my first time at this venue and it was very unprofessional, unclean, and you will be charged for almost everything! Ladies make sure you wear heels or you are charged $20, and Guys if you wear hats $20. We were told by a server in the inside that they security and hosts were practically getting over and not suppose to charge extra. Our section we purchased was supposed to hold 5-7 people, but four people in our party could barely fit! Absolutely horrible and do not recommend.
Please don’t book at this place ….. they rush you into paying for everything literally. When we arrived inside of the club we didn’t have a designated section we waited over an hour for service . We noticed that the club was extremely disgusting & younger children everywhere . I requested for my bottle money back which they gave it to me. However they tried to lie and tell me I couldn’t get my money back which is illegal . Please don’t waste your time booking here it’s definitely not worth it and what you except or think .
Security tried to charge me an extra $40 for having a bag. There is no delineation between vip and general admissions lines so you better hope you get in the right one. I won't come back here even with "free" admission.
Never experienced a scam like this before in my life’ still in disbelief paid for bottles for a reserved section at door (which they make you do before entry) then keep your card and I’d and no one escorted me to section have to chase someone down to see where to go then waited for bottles that never came out and talked to staff no one knows what’s going on and all acting like they were texting acting like they were addressing the issue saying it’s coming out the whole time until closing (2am) ! Never refunded me kept telling me to wait and never came back used card to spend $700 plus dollars. Asked for manager and no one bothered to reach out or claim one was not on site!

I am working to find out who the manager of establishment is because he or she is a criminal! And what happened was definitely illegal and whole staff knows what they are doing!

THE COMPLETE WORST.! really wish we would have read the reviews first.! We payed over 1500 for a section plus bottles, just to get there and they tell us we can’t get in until the whole party arrived (bad for business) plus the section seats are not safe AT ALL.! One of our friends cut her legs up pretty bad on the seats!!! The section was not big enough for the number of people they want you to have.! THE DJ WAS WACK.! He had to be young because they only played hard core music all night.! Another thing we stood in like for 30 minutes just for us to wait on them to assign a section for us! CRAZY‼️ they want everyone there before 12 or they will cancel your reservation just for them to hold the line to give the section away‼️ PLEASE DOMT WASTE YOUR TIME.! Especially if you are not from the area.! This place is mainly for the locals!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst club I’ve ever been to. They take your deposit for a section then give you section away. They charge for everything! $20 if you have on a hat, $40 for females wearing flats, $15 for water. None of this is disclosed before you pay a deposit. I watched person after person be turned away at the door. They gave me the wrong ID and credit card back, completely unsafe and disorganized. It is literally a scam and I am actively looking into taking legal action. THIS is your warning.
Posting this on multiple platforms for visibility. I'm convinced that this club is running a well thought out and orchestrated scam.
My friends and I went to this club on the weekend and had a section, which was prepaid for. They let us know that bottles were discounted until 11 pm, and after that they raise the prices. With that said, we get there and they tell us that our entire party had to be there for us to enter (which was never communicated) and they didn't give out wristbands (they told us they did via text). We waited for our entire party to be there and they conveniently made everybody wait in line until 11, where they finally started letting people in and charged the higher price for the bottles. Also, they gave us wristbands at the very front??? Which they had said they didn't have?
We enter, only purchasing one bottle (using CASH), and they seat us in a tiny section in the corner because "we only bought one bottle". None of this was communicated and had we known, we would have bought two.
Through the entire night, we were waiting for our ONE bottle which never came. We flagged down MULTIPLE bottle girls and were met with "I don't know", we asked security guards, bartenders... nobody "knew anything". One bottle girl said that their card machines were down so that's why we were waiting, but we paid CASH!!! And they showed us that we paid cash on their little phone machines but still no bottle.
We asked around, other tables had bought 1-3 bottles and didn't get any. Tables near us were on their 3-4 round of bottles, and when we would confront the bottle girls and ask about ours, they would physically run away from us (I wish I was kidding, I've never seen anything like it in my life). 2 am comes, we try to get our money back, they're saying they have to "wait for the envelopes" to pay us back. Bottle girls were packing up and leaving, the "manager" said she'd be back to help us but she LEFT. All of the bottle girls we asked said they had no idea and left.
The worst part is that the club had taken some peoples' government issues IDs and credit cards and they couldn't find them. There is no way this is legal. This is theft.
Security said wait outside and they'd help us - they closed the door on us and locked us out. I felt worse for those who had their IDs taken because it seems to me like somebody just pocketed their ID and credit cards and was going to go run them up somewhere. They kept saying "it's just a crazy weekend" but we talked to people who had went before - turns out this happens to a lot of people every weekend. This is ILLEGAL and THEFT.

Me and my friends went here and I promise ALL of the reviews are true. This is a real life scammer club. So let me run through what exactly happened.. we booked a section via text and we pick a section, paid the deposit and confirmed how much we have to pay the day of. Fast forward to the day of they tell us we have to pay an extra $250 at the door on top of what they originally told us we gotta pay. Reason being was the 2 bottle selection we choose... this was NOT explained during reserving the section at all. Then once we made it inside we waited over an hour for the bottles... The bottle girl was extremely RUDE and she acted liked she didn't care how she treated us. The hookah was weak, but the hookah guys were very nice and professional. Our section ended up being upstairs if you wanna be where it is lit choose a downstairs section. Overall I don't recommend this club, a lot of young people were here as well bunch of college kids. The tables and section couch's were dirty too, it was overall a hot mess. Wish we went somewhere else
