I had something delivered to brothers for collection as I don’t live locally. My sister in law had to collect as I had a bereavement and had to cancel my trip to Cambridge. She collected within the two weeks Zalando allowed. The assistant insisted she should tell me I’m late to collect it. (I’m not) She told him I don’t live locally and had to change plans as I’d had a family member die and had to go to the funeral. “Just tell her she’s late” he said.
What an insensitive brute. Where is the compassion and kindness? Does he honestly think collecting a blinking parcel to save him inconvenience of storing it (which is what the carrier pays him to do?) is more important than supporting and being with my family?
So disappointed. Astonished too.

Worst experience ever. It’s a shame that SPOILED products were not considered for reimbursement. Poorly organised and Never going to visit this shop in future.
Advise to shop owners. DO NOT keep the products in public use and sell it for money. It’s the quality that matters for customers and you should be knowing that!!

I bought an item which is chess and when reached home I found it broken! Second day I came and spoke to the owner and the employee there but they were aggressive and refused to refund me. Very bad customer service and will take the case further since this bad treatment from them. Sorry I had to put one star but actually they don’t even deserve it.

I am writing this review for the manager of this shop because I care about my comunity and specially this store and stores similar: I have been your customer for about 6 years, but today probably was my last visit! I went to the shop and grabbed some items and noticed that the price for one specific item was more expensive compared to many different similar shops I purchase it from. I've never seen it this expensive. At the counter I politely told the staff that just to let you know this is expensive compared to everywhere else and I think you need to know it. He looked at me with a poker face like he doesn't care and said I don't know that how the prices are, they go up and down. I said but I think you should consider this and he interupted me (to stop the conversation) by saying do you want your reciept? This is NOT a good customer service brother specially for your regular customers. Instead of respecting your customer's feedback, he basically pushed me away by his reaction I was seriously considering buying all my halal meat from you to support your newly opened butchery, but this behavior made me not come back to this shop. .
(After that I went to Spice Gate to check their price for the item -and keep in mind that Spice Gate is known as an expensive shop in the community- and their price was lower! Yours was 7.49 and theirs (which was still expensive compared to other shops) was 6.99.
I might delete this review in the future, because I do not want to damage your reputation by this review, but I think your staff need to be onboard about how to communicate with your customers.

Worst shipping experience with Evri at this spot! Man at the till is the worst I have ever seen. They should just get rid of Evri from their shop as they don't care at all. There is a reason why there are so many 1 star reviews. Could be less if there is an option.

Staff in the counter receiving Evri parcel is so rude. No reassurance from the customer. Not very kind. Any questions you asked he will say just call EVRI we are just here to receive or collect thats all! My parcel is for next day delivery and its more than 7 days now and I asked the staff to help me locate my parcel as it was undelivered I cannot locate the driver then the staff in this shop says just call “ EVRI I cannot help you! !”
Please please guys when you send parcel I recommend to have it collected ( courier) at your own home for safety and reassurance of staff who receives it.

I don't understand the bad reviews concerning the Evri/Hermes drop-off service here.
I do drop Evri parcels there rather often, and I'm always treated in a rather normal way, I'd say. It is NOT one of those evri drop-off places where you have to buy something in order to be treated normally, here you just come, drop your parcel and go, no faff.
There's nothing much to say about how this service is running, except that it's running just fine.
I say it does not deserve the bad reviews, maybe in the past they were rude, but not anymore.
