You’ll find hundreds of merchants selling fabric on reels, ready-made traditional garments, shoes, jewellery and bags. Among the bustling alleys, you can discover some of Dubai’s oldest gold and textile businesses. Visit Meena Jewellers, one of the most popular gold shops in the area, known for its legacy and craft.

You’ll also find furniture, ceramics, perfumes and spices. If you feel hungry, sample some of the authentic snacks sold here for just a few dirhams, from crispy samosas to flavourful chaats. The market is particularly atmospheric at night. Carry a big bag if you plan on shopping here and dress in lightly covering garments and comfortable shoes.

Lively Al Souq Al Kabeer is home to modern art galleries, al fresco restaurants, and tea shops in the courtyards of chic Al Fahidi Historical District, lined by traditional stone houses. Stalls selling colorful silks and embroidered cushions fill the maze-like Bur Dubai and Textile souks, both overlooked by the slender minarets of Grand Bur Dubai Masjid mosque. Abra water taxis connect with Deira across Dubai Creek.

A different place in Dubai compared to other places. There are lot of shops and markets and they have affordable prices. A wide variety of products ranging from high to low prices.
Very crowded since the prices are a lot cheaper. There are lots of restaurants having different cuisines. So you can have variety of foods and drinks.
There are also lot of gold shops so you can check out the gold design and styles.
But you don’t find the parking space easily in Bur Dubai. You have to wait a lot to find the parking. Even if it is paid parking, you don’t find it easily. That was the most annoying thing when we visited.
So it is better to come in public transportation when you don’t have enough time.
Overall it is a nice place to visit.
