Man behind counter was so rude when we asked to sit in. Chips were as if they’d been just heated up, atmosphere wasn’t nice and the price you pay is shocking for the food you get in return. Avoid.

I have to say I personally haven’t had a bad meal yet from the ho wah. Always get delivery and they are pretty good with delivery time. Tried their breaded butterfly prawns and they were delicious just would say don’t put the salad leaves in as it made them bit soggy from the water off lettuce.

We ordered food at 9 and were told it would be 35 minutes. At 9.45 there was still no food. We tried to call every few minutes from 9.45-10.00 to check everything was alright and phone lines had been turned off even though they are open until 11 according to their posted hours.
Food eventually arrived an hour after ordering. It was cold, portions were too inconsistent sizes and food was generally of a poor quality.

Ordered meal last night. Dreadful. Telephoned to complain. Response from receptionist "then you wasted your money" she then hung up on me. I rang back to speak to the manager and he was no less helpful telling me that "I'm too busy". Avoid like the plague.
