Turkish Cargo are the worse & they use people to make money. I paid about 230 dollars to get my cargo goods of less than 20kg

Bad service
No respect for tucker time

Bad service, unresponsive unprofessional staff
6 hours waste

Paperwork got processed in a reasonable time .The warehouse personnel are a joke .
Unorganized

Worst service ever. Period.

Update: There was an issue with the cargo processing for individuals at night - they didn’t give me the documents for my dogs at all. The next day I was able to speak with the supervisor Rita who was able to help - she gave me all the docs missing + candies.

If you want to waste your day please come here. It could be 8am or 8pm you will surely spend 12hrs here. If you are not a regular here and have people on the inside it won't work out for you in a timely manner. Enter at your own risk.

TRUCKERS BEWARE, went to make a pickup, arrived at 6:30PM, ended up leaving at 2 in the morning. Had to wait 8 hours to get loaded with one box that took five minutes to load. AVOID AVOID AVOID

There is no supervisor in here the best advice this place needs is to fired everyone and employ new people that really wants to help. Paperwork ladies are not doing there job using there phone knowing that are people waiting and they don’t even know who is the one giving directions on where to go. WHROST PLACE I EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE.
