Escape OK

We did the Top Secret Mission escape room and it was fun. The only thing that was a little annoying was that some of the puzzles were very finicky. If you didn't place something perfect the door or hatch wouldn't open, so we knew what the answer was but it had to be absolutely perfect to work to get the next clue. The workers were amazing though!

The puzzles were well designed, but our group had a negative experience overall. Staff were unenthusiastic. The introduction audio was not played until we asked for it. Usually a game master will monitor the room to know where you are in the game, but ours was not familiar with our progress or the solutions to the puzzles. We untied 2 ropes early in the game, and asked the game master if we were on the right track. She told us this was a puzzle that comes in to play later in the game, but did not ask us to re-tie it. When we reached this puzzle, we could not solve it. After struggling for a while, a staff came in and told us this was the easiest part of the puzzle (in a condescending tone) and that our time was up. Should we not have been told this much earlier? I wonder if we would have got past this part if our game was monitored. He also told us there was one puzzle left. In my experience, game masters explain any remaining unsolved puzzles with enthusiasm. It felt as though the staff didn’t care about our game experience or the escape room spirit, and just wanted us out.

The roomes themselves are great, however the manager was pretty difficult and would not budge on a mistake made by an employee. He was willing to lose $200+ plus tickets over $15! My issue was on principle. Doing my do diligence and calling regarding their terms and conditions, was told my issue was not a problem and to go ahead and book online, only to be the wrong info the next day when we showed up.

Had my son's 11th birthday party with Escape OK. It was wonderful, boys really enjoyed the Temple adventure and didn't want to leave at the end. We used staff's clues as puzzles were too difficult for 11 year olds, but doing it all by ourselves wasn't necessarily the goal, the goal was to have an engaging adventure and we had exactly that. Many thanks to the wonderful staff working there!

Took my family to the Enchanted Circus. It was very kid friendly. It was great for my 9 year old. The puzzles were a bit hard for my 6 year old.

Will most likely be back to try the other kid friendly rooms.

Recently I had my daughter’s 11th birthday party here. She and her friends did the circus escape room and found it challenging and engaging enough and escaped with less than 1 minute left. As soon as they were done with the activity, the party room was decorated and ready with hot pizza and drinks. The kids loved the pizza and they had a great time together. The staff was very professional and helpful and even provided 2 hints for the kids when they were stuck. My daughter loved the escape room and party and also wants to come back to do the other rooms as well. All in all birthday well spent. And prices were reasonable too.
The only thing I would say needs work is the escape room itself felt a bit rundown and worn out. Not sure if it was deliberate for the theme of the room. And the kids felt that the party room lacked privacy as people outside the building could see them. I think I would choose the other party room if I come back.

Went here with a group of friends (5 people) and staff were very nice and accommodating! I had originally booked the day before for 4 but called the next day to change the number of people to 5, and there were no problems at all. We did the Top Secret Mission escape room and the puzzles were fun and were actually pretty hard!
