We loved this place so much we came here 3 days in a row. The staff are so kind and helpful. She made a spaghetti ice with a mix of chocolate and vanilla for my son. My younger son loves the lemon. Overall great experience and they spoke English well.

Ice cream and coffee was good

The ice cream itself was good, the customer service was awful. Was hastily ushered to order by the older woman, gave my order in simple english, which she made a scene that I spoke too fast and engaged other customers in joking about. Apologised, and regave my order, one at a time. She continued to be rude and disinterested. It wasn't a simple misunderstanding of her mishearing what I had said, she was actively impolite and seemed to go out of her way to make customers feel a burden.
Unfortunate as the previous night I had a great experience, when a younger lady served me who was very friendly.
Watch out for the older, distasteful lady particularly if you speak no/poor German it seems.

Disgustingly rude staff to foreigners. Rude older lady who clearly is rasict and does not like non german speaking customers. Went the previous night and service was lovely. This old mole is costing your company money.

Great ice cream! I tried lemon, Snickers and salted caramel ones. I recommend this place to everyone

Overall taste is pretty good. Little overpriced 1.50 euro per ice cream. Staff friendliness is ok.
