I'm a mother that's homeless with children. The workers in this organization take nothing serious. I haven't received shelter and help since December of 2022. I can't afford market rate rent. I lost my housing in 2017 due to Fairfax county police misconduct.

Unprofessional, flippant, rude, apathetic employees. Just working for a paycheck. The entire organization needs an audit. Every employee has a chip on their shoulder.

Some people expect to have everything handed to them on a silver platter. They resent having to show proof of their situation. Yes, there may be wait times, but we are still in midst of covid and the number of families legitimately needing assistance has increased. Thank heavens there are churches in the area that can also help. I do believe those getting assistance should be required to show how they are spending every penny...cigarettes? Going out to restaurants? Entertainment? Expensive shoes? Some are not financially responsible.

A Case manager uses scare tactics. Give a deadline that force you to provide inaccurate information due to threatening your housing. Never respond to your telephone calls.

The employees seemed nice. I wasnt really there i was just on the floor #3 where i spoke to some of the associates who worked there.

FACETS is a warm and caring organization with a dedicated team of professionals helping people to leave poverty and homelessness behind them.

Came here for a Driving Improvement Class. Building is extremely small with no direction of where to go. If you aren't one to thoroughly ask around for directions. Its easy to get lost.
