Beautiful and quiet place with a private beach
It's nice here, I have a small view of the private beach from my apartment. Not sure how to get access to it though, only some buildings and some apartments do. very new area so there's some construction and it's close to the airport so it can be loud.
Great community, lots of families, close to the airport and Yas Island for entertainment and events. Al Zeina has many shops, Waitrose, Liquor shop ( Peninsula ) etc and restaurants.
The best family oriented beach side compound ,amazing location on yas bay,next to ferrari world,yas marina circuit,yas island,khalifa city, people are firiendly , many socail activity ,7 pools,7 gyms ,indoor snd outdoor play ground.
Its a paradise in Abu Dhabi .. Its pricy made for those who love to live like a holiday daily life .. Its a resort and has many services.. beautiful views of the ocean .. cafes .. Privet access for the beach only for the residents.. Place like really brilliant.. If you can offered its for 6 figures and above ppl.. 7 figures if u buy .. 6 figures if u rent
A great community with private beach. Apartments and villas. A start of good walk to AlMunera and AlBandar. In here there are coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants and kids play options.
Many bldg constructions going on but the location it great for walking and jogging,beautiful instagramic view by the lake and bridge with choices of available restaurants, Waitrose and Peninsula well located,U can get ur groceries and a bot of wine 🍷 in same bldg D.
