The worst booking system ever, I'm trying to book an appointment the whole day and I'm just receiving an error there is no option to continue your application if your session time out

customer service is not good at all.
Front staff are not even aware of the services offered.

Please update your website as it makes confusion to the customers like what I experience today.

Worst service dont knw Indian minister cant see i think they cant see the rating of thier wonderfull service
If they cant handle its better to wind up
A month past still they dont have time to reply the mail
I know my review doesnt matter

Poor Response , Can't make call , as well as no response of the email , one of their team representative promise to call back or will reply by mail , but still no response , even the website doesn't work properly.
Can't imagine this poor response in UAE :-(

The most poor service ever I am trying to get an appointment but there is no appointment since 2 months and in their website there is premium service which is the worst no any response from there as well.if u don’t like to give appointment online better close this vfs Malta..

Very bad service malta VFS. if applicant call VFS long time waiting . No good response . and now VFS passport keep over two month . this is very uncomfortable . I think need to improve that service

Useless call centre, they don't pick up calls. Upon dropping them an email they replied back with screenshots from their website. Like why would I need to call you if the information was available on the website? AED 80 to visit their facility?
