Right at Home

This is the worst home health care agency I've ever seen in my life, my loved one who is 93 yes old a retired federal employee & veteran was horribley mishanded , he was told to make his own food , asked why does he watch his his religious programing so much sometimes they didn't show up & even stated that rhey forgot to send a caretaker to assist him one caretaker sat on her phone all day, one smoked cigarettes the entire time , one laid on the couch with her shoes on. The of the staff members spoke the the family memeber very disrespectfully when trying to inquire about service time, the call outs where ridiculous they acted as if the couldn't do the simple task which was barely nothing , I wouldnt recomend Right at home at all .

Right at Home is a “5 star” agency. I discovered RAH when my previous agency was unable to fine a caregiver for me when needed. RAH was always right on time. With RAH, I was able to find my compatible match. The caregiver is self-motivated, and have a heart for this line of work.
RAH staff is professional, polite, and go beyond the call of duty fulfilling the company’s promises and my expectations. I recommend Right at Home for those seeking the right caregivers. Thank you RAH.

I have been impressed with the prompt attention directed towards the care of my father, who has remained in-home throughout his 90's. The care has been geared to his needs, starting 1 day a week, progressing to 3 and now at 5 days a week. Substandard care is not tolerated and any issues are
quickly addressed by Staffing Coordinators (e.g Karen L.). His current homecare worker (Letitia R.) is stellar, going above and beyond, ensuring he is in a healthy and secure environment. Thank you to all the staff for their contribution to his care!

I have worked with four home health aide companies and have had many wonderful and not so wonderful clients on this journey. Right At Home is my second best company to work for. I love working for a company that listen to my concerns and they have a special gift in placing you with the right clients. If you are looking for a company that feels like home then look know more Right At Home is your company. The office is a place that you can come to and voice your concerns and they are nice and very professional. I would allow them to help my own mom with care.

I am an 80 year old woman and have had "Right at Home" services for 10 years. It has enabled me to stay in my own condo, pursue my own interests, at my own pace, with my own friends and relatives, surrounded by my own possessions and the treasures that I have accumulated in my lifetime; all the while getting the personalized help with the things I physically have difficulty in doing.
Elder care is much more than just providing the standardized basic needs of the "average" old or handicapped person. There is no such individual. Everyone has unique personal needs, wants and interests.
Having a caregiver who is dedicated to providing me with individual, personalized care has enabled me to age in place, happily and comfortably.

I find the staff to be very professional. With advance notice, the agency has been amendable to changes in the schedule the few times I have requested it. My caregiver always arrives on time and is very pleasant. Their invoices are accurate and timely. I highly recommend this agency.

I am currently employed at the DC office branch. The office staff is very professional especially Gwen. She is a joy to interact with on a daily basis. She goes above and beyond the call of duty for the employees and for the clients as well. I have never had any negative experiences as an employee.
