I'm totally DISGUSTED with this company!!! My Mom's 93 years old, she fell and fractured her hip. She was released from the hospital a week and a half ago and was assigned to this company for PT. They were supposed to come that Thursday but did not show up or call to say they weren't coming. We called on Friday and were told by Hamada that he would be here on Tuesday. My brother called him on Tuesday to confirm that he was coming between 2pm and 4pm. Mr. Hamada did not come or call to say he wasn't going to come. I called on Wednesday 10/11/23 to see when he was coming, he told me he would be here tomorrow between 11am and 1pm (10/12/23). I called him today to confirm and he said he would be here tomorrow. I told him that he told me yesterday he would be here today. I explained that my Mom's 93 and was released from the hospital over a week ago and he told me that he's aware of the situation and that's not his problem. My brother was here with me on the call and told him since it's not his problem don't come. We tallked with Ashley and she asked if we wanted to talk with his manager and we said yes, she transfered us to his Manager and no one answered and there was no voicemail period to leave a message.
I wish I could give, Human Touch Home Health Care, A BIG FAT ZERO, or even a NEGATIVE Star because this is ridiculous and negligent! They need to be held accountable for treating people like this. They need to be out out of business!!!

After I took the time to fill out an application for a position that I know for a fact I have the experience needed for it, they emailed me and told me after they reviewed my application they won’t consider me for the next round of interviews and just blushing me off like I don’t matter to the company at all. Their loss my gain! Don’t take the time to apply for any job with the company they won’t even consider anyone for any skills they possess for any opportunity.

This company is the worst. I never heard of a company that does not inform the client when no aide shows up. Human touch is the worse in communication. My mom has gone for a week without an aide. They seem to feel that because my mother has kids that we should do their job. Helen is the worst. Beverly does not return calls. This agency now the worse! We as her kids can’t always be available to do their job. I don’t want to give them even one star.

Can I give this agency a zero please. I will start with Management and not so much as the aides, they are not great but Management or Staff coordinators. Helen and Beverly, they have become to comfortable with my family whereas they will not call me or my family to let me know that an aide is not coming. These ladies are unprofessional and very defensive when it comes to making complaints on the aides. I have made complaints about the aides sleeping, not cleaning my Mom, not being there for appointments and their response is the aides work long hours and are tired. When I call Helen or Beverly to see why they have not sent an aide to my Mom house, they will hit the decline button or block my number. Please God shut this company down.

If I could give this agency a “0” I would!!! The entire staff all the way up to Ms. Bush are unethical, unprofessional and pretty much flat out liars. My father was with them a little over a year until his death recently. We tried switching agencies, however Human Touch needed to sign off on the transfer. Mysteriously they never received the paperwork. They created rules as they went along, never returned phone calls and we’re heartless. Please utilize another agency for your health care needs.
