Passport office service is good but you have to be patient as there is staff shortage at counter B & counter C … so u have to wait longer than usual processing time..my appointment was at 10.15am but the whole process ended up at 1.30 pm that too with all proper documentation and mostly updated on the website prior to appointment…

Good experience in passport office staff is cooperative. You have to bring all documents and photo copies mention in passport website. 2 kilometre from nasik road railway station
The place is very spacious and there are different counters where you will be informed to go which makes the application process easier. All the staff are co-operative and are well aware of their responsibilities. The duties are carried within the protocols for safety among the Covid-19 pandemic.
