They are very slow to deliver. No customer service. It takes atleast 3hrs for things to be delivered. Last time, it took them 2hrs to tell me that they ate out of stock after waiting for a long time. Today I ordered something at 10:45pm and uptil now which is 12:30am the order hasn't even arrived. No apologies of whatsoever
Very poor service and I am very disappointed ! I ordered 7pm and waiting until 10pm but there is no delivery that happened I talked to the manager and the manager is arguing that his delivery guy came but there was no message, miscall or doorbell I am very frustrated and I don't reccomend you guys to purchase from this shop ever again !
The worst service ever! Don’t expect them to deliver .. it took me 5 hours to wait for a delivery I bought in their store personally
Staff attitude changes when your bill amount is less. Worst experience by me and my friends. There are many grocery near by Worst attitude the staff especially the cashier has, no respect for customer. Never recommend this grocery to anyone.
The are no price tags in the items in carryfood reem building al barsha south3..so unafir for us price also is very very high compared to other groceries please put price tagsit our consumer right as per the government

Very disappointing store! They confirmed the delivery of my order then when you call to follow up no one answer me. This isnt the first time it happens to me thats why im writing this review. If youre offering delivery services make you sure you deliver it!!
