We got here unexpectedly following the satnav and were a bit surprised but went with it. Really super service at a very reasonable price. We boarded in no time and the short crossing saved us a tonne of time on our way to Looe.
Good service, never queued for more than 10 minutes, quicker than driving to bridge if on Rame head peninsula. Took caravan on ferry with no issues
With one ferry out of service right now and a relatively early Saturday morning run there was a bit of a wait.
Haven't been across here for a very long time and this was the first time cycling - could do with some signage to indicate the correct lane for cyclists to use and on the return from Torpoint I joined the correct lane but other cyclists seemed to know a shortcut so while I sat at the top of the ramp having been called forward by the lights and left in an uncomfortable spot with all the cars passing quite close before I was allowed to load, all the other cyclists had been allowed on with the pedestrians.
Again some signage would be very helpful to make sure we are in the right place and as safe as possible.

Google maps brought me home via the ferry, I had no idea that you can't pay by card (if there is sinage saying this it must be small and not very obvious because I wouldn't have joined the queue if I had realised they were cash only) so of course, I now have to pay double online for using the crossing. In this day and age there is really no need to be cash only - if I can get enough mobile signal to use Google maps etc on the ferry then they should have ample signal to use a card reader.

Straight on and straight off. Very efficient and some great views of the South West and some very expensive floating vessels
First time on this it's run very professional and friendly staff you can leave your car and look at the fish and the spectacular views.very fast loading and unloading and there are toilets to
