Had so much fun. Previous local here. Moved and visited again after 10 years. So much has changed it was like experiencing it all again for the first time. If you haven't been before, I highly recommend that you do. So much to see and experience.

Had a lovely day at this museum - most of the exhibits are free. Beautiful trails outside leading to all kind of structures. We explored the whole area and spent the better part of a day here.

Fantastic place to visit! A great collection of American art from 1700's to present, many well-known artists represented, 5 miles of nature and art trails, a Frank Lloyd Wright house to tour (be sure to pick up free entrance tickets for this right away--timed entry). Entrance is free except for certain special exhibits. Coffee bar and cafe are available.

This review is of Crystal Bridges as a wedding venue, the museum itself is wonderful. I f you are a museum visitor please go there!
As a wedding venue a lot is still desired. I played my harp there recently for a wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. If you claim to be in a wedding business at the same time as museum, please train your employees to be helpful. It’s a big area and when I arrived and inquired where to set up, I talked to 4 employees and yet no one was willing to show me around or help with hauling any of my equipment to the site which happened to be inaccessible by car. It took me six 200 yard trips from my car to the site to get everything set up for the ceremony. It was a good thing I arrived 2 hours early! I asked another 4 employees to help me move to the cocktail hour location which was another 100 yards away. Nobody showed up and eventually wedding guests offered to help move my harp and equipment. The employees were informed when the cocktail hour would be over, yet no one showed up again! With as many weddings I play around Midwest, this was definitely a location that is not vendor friendly. Do better!

All respect to the Louvre and the British Museum, but this is the best museum I've ever visited. It has huge exhibit space with excellent permanent and temporary exhibits, miles of walking & biking trails, drop-in creative spaces for kids and adults, even live opera performances in random galleries. And Listening Forest was enthralling. I went through the whole thing 4 1/2 times.

It was fun to just go in and see different artists work. For one of the areas that I went through, in American history, there was landscape paintings. Those art pieces brought peace to me and took me to this state of mind that I was there in the moment watching this scene right in front of me. Once I moved towards modern art it definitely gave me new perspectives towards life. Definitely recommended this museum for those interested in both historic and modern arts.

We spent about 2-3 hours here and didn't even dent all that is to discover & explore at this amazing museum! The awesome art to see starts outside with the shining tree and the overall amazing architecture of the entire facility inside & the exterior grounds which was so well thought out & designed. Though this a museum of American art, I consider it a world class museum that is well worth any drive from any part of the USA! Absolutely Splendid!!

Oh my god this museum is gorgeous. This is one of the best free museums out there in the world. The exhibits were exquisite. The architecture of the building was marvelous. Staff were super friendly and insightful about art works. You can tell when employees are happy to be there. Plenty of parking both a parking garage and outside. I’d love to see a couple EV chargers available there. This museum is kids friendly, they have studio section for kids to enjoy hand on craft arts. Overall well done. Can’t wait till they finish the other half of the museum.
