Ac not working to hot wait for an hour to get the order after they not provide the full order all item's finished never visit it again

Worst delivery, rude attitude, poor service

It sounds like i had a great experience at the restaurant! From your menu , it seems that the chicken grill, charcoal, and shawarma are must-try items on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the shawarma, considering it the best I have ever had( top 5) The taste of the food remains consistent, which is impressive.and the service was good, and the staff were friendly. The seating arrangements also impressed .Overall, it seems like you had a positive dining experience at the restaurant.

Verry bad experience I ordered spicy grilled chicken. And they delivered with me normal and the most of all its cold at dry I'm verry disappointed this is the last

Not a good place to order food from, I wanted to make it My go to restaurant but they are very unprofessional. I ordered spicy grill chicken they sent normal and sent 1day old chicken which was very dry and hard. We had to throw it in the trash bin.

Best shawarma you can ever get in uae. Paneer butter masala and butter chicken are must try dishes. Grills are super tasty. Our every day go to cafeteria.

If I had to give below 1 star I would have done that. They cheat with the orders. They only care about the orders and don't care about the items we get. Personally I ordered chicken grill without hamus, french fries and kubbus and in palce of that requested for extra chilli pickle. But when the order came they didn't supply the chilli pickle.. when I enquired they behaved rudely and said that the chilli pickle is complimentary even when I am reducing another items from from the package. Totally unrespectful and arrogant staff... If you want a good delivery please don't order from here

Unrespectable and arrogant staff. Doesnt deliver the order as it is. And ahen we compalin they say u should order according to the brochure. Like we didnt need french fries and instead we ordered extra chilli pickle but they didnt supply both and misbehaved with us when we enquired about the same.
