Airline or airport or no other related air travel authority can tell us exactly what we can carry in hand luggage…I want to know if I can carry laser hair removal machine in my hand bag or not??

First I book my wife flight 15march but later ticket came I saw in paper it's 15feb date. I complaint but she just ignore my words she told I say wrong date.. okay after I ask her what is a process of visa of 2month . She told 750 AED month nd after finished u continue extended from cozomo per month 350 AED but today I go she is not there so I ask another guy I need extended visa for my wife 1 month. Now he told 950aed.. it's very disappointed. I never come back in cozomo and I stop my friends also to go in cozomo.
Please proper guide your staff.she is the one who book my ticket. I don't know why u hire if she don't know anything. Always using mobile... I mail your cozomo travel agency but no response.. very disappointed 😔☹️
