Usually we take shawerma but yesterday I found hair inside my sandwich.. the staff are nice but I will never be back again ...they need to take care about hygiene... the taste of meat shawerma was like kofta because it is Kofta not meat shawerma..
The beef was a smelling so bad and spoiled ! Unbeatable and my friend is pregnant she could get a food poisoning we didn’t touch it ! When we called the supervisor he said if u didn’t like the food it’s fine don’t eat it ! Horrible restaurant food and service !
I ordered beef shawarma and I got "smelly kofta sandwich".
When I called him and informed that it is not shawarma not kofta and it has bad smell .. he ignored what I said and told me this is our beef shawarma

The food used to be okay long ago... now it’s totally a different story. Hygiene standards are Non existent. Received a piece of chipped Wood in my shawarma.

I used to order from this restaurant using Talabat. The food was always tasty and delivery was fast. However, I went to the restaurant today and while waiting for the food, I noticed cockroaches running around inside on the floor.
Not hygienic, we will never order from here again.

Terrible service and food is average at best. The restaurant lacks hygiene, flies all over the food and nobody is ever next to the cashier when you need to pay. Your money would literally not be worth the time investment you need to spend here to wait for your food to be finished and then wait for a cashier to actually be present.
