I'm giving 5 star to Francis, one of the best agents I've met. He showed me multiple properties to select on, common areas and facilities of the building. He cared about his client, he knows the property very well. Such an excellent agent.

This is by far the worst real estate brokerage company I have ever dealt with. The female agent I dealt with clearly told me that the property I was purchasing has no outstanding payments towards the developer. It was also stated in the MOU that 'the seller will clear all outstanding payments towards the property prior to the date of transfer'. But when we proceeded, it turned out there was around half a million dirhams of outstanding payment. The agent kept pushing me to pay the outstanding on the sellers behalf before the property transfer. I clearly said I can't do this because I don't know the seller personally. When I refused, they gave my 10% security cheque to the seller. Despite creating this mess, never once did any representative of this company apologize to me. Instead, the agent started misbehaving and replying rudely. When I followed-up for the return of my security cheque, the agent responded by saying 'I am not your servant'. Eventually I had to get in touch directly with the seller and wait several days to get my 10% security cheque back.

I am never dealing with this company ever again and highly recommend that no one else does either!!
