On our first day of arriving at this hotel, Gabga was able to kindly help us check in and also made our first impression that much better. On our day leaving, it was the same. Michael generously helped out. Because of the staffs, this amazing place was even more amazing despite the pool being under renovation. I was about to cancel because having a pool conveniently operating in the hotel for my morning routine was important, but because the staff was so kind to us, we decided to not make things complicated. We are grateful for this place and would recommend it to everyone else. This is coming from someone who has went to over 20 + 5 stars hotel.

The front-of-house staff was very friendly and helpful – a big thank you to Derrick who assisted me when I arrived early and ensured I had a beautiful room with amazing views!
The bed and facilities were 10/10! Also, Michael went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of choices all the staff were very friendly and attentive especially Angel who was fantastic!
The rooftop pool was a very nice place to chill, clean with a great variety of drinks from the bar.
This Hotel was in the perfect location of downtown Dubai with very easy access to the Dubai Mall (15 minutes walk / 5 minutes drive - the hotel provides a free shuttle to the mail daily)
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for a comfortable enjoyable stay.
I will be returning for my next trip!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which was largely due to the incredibly friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Great decorations inside and superb cleanness throughout. Our room had the best view, was cleaned every day and was provided with toiletries. The bathroom was amazing with the extra large hot tub and shower. The breakfast was superb. Service was excellent throughout the hotel. Dubai Mall was only 15min walk away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
