I will never stay here again for several reasons. We booked (8 months in advance) a non-smoking room with a queen bed. When we checked in, we were informed that only smoking rooms were available unless we paid to "upgrade" to a remodeled non-smoking room. This resulted in paying an extra $91 for a 2-night stay. When I booked the non-smoking queen room, I thought that meant I had one reserved. In the confirmation email, there's a link with terms & conditions...This is where it says, "Bed type, smoking preference, and other requests are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis." I didn't see this disclaimer on the website during the booking process. If I would have known that we'd be paying extra at check-in, I would have booked elsewhere (I chose this hotel based on price). The woman at the front desk tried to make us feel better about paying extra, saying that the room had a fridge and a safe...Even though that's standard in the other rooms. "A" for effort, I guess.
We must have been the first guests in this room because the plastic wrap was still on the smoke detector, the construction mess wasn't cleaned up (I spent 2 hours cleaning the desk, bathroom counter, shower, etc.), and the sink was clogged. We had maintenance attempt to unclog the sink twice. The neighboring room also had the clog. They were able to partially unclog, but the water was still slow draining. One of the maintenance men said it'll take awhile to unclog due to caulk and other construction remnants working down/out of the drain (not sure why anyone would put that stuff down the drain to begin with...). They were friendly and quick to respond. It sounds like the contractor is the one who caused the clog. But not sure why no one checked the drains and smoke detector, nor cleaned the room, before allowing guests in it. We also didn't have a do-not-disturb sign for our door...We requested one and received it fairly quickly. Towels had black stuff on them (I think from construction). After all of the other calls we made, we just decided to wipe off the stuff on the towels and use them as is (rather than bothering the front desk one more time). It just seems everything was rushed with remodeling these rooms and they weren't truly ready for guests.
TL; DR: Deceptive pricing, inconvenient, and dirty rooms.

Very dated rooms and ours were not very clean.
Was quite a walk to do the strip to see the famous hotels so flat shoes recommended.
There appeared to be no dress code anywhere in this hotel.
The show Rouge was great though, raunchy and a lot of fun !!
The gaming floor only accepted cash. There is no facility to buy chips with a virtual card. In fact, many places did not like virtual payments.
The 180 bar for cocktails was disappointing, as they were served in large plastic cups.
Views were totally amazing !!!
None of it felt very special or elegant in this hotel.
Shame as it costs a lot to visit Las Vegas. Average 22 dollars for Bacardi and coke with tax and tip. Standard everywhere.
Finally, be aware that there is a holding deposit and fee payable on check-in. Again, I think this is standard everywhere.

Large clean room. No amenities. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, no hairdryer. Parking isn't even free for hotel guests. You may think your getting a cheap room but after the resort fee and parking, the cost is no different than any normal chain hotel that would have all the amenities I listed above. What the hell is the resort fee for?

Great experience going through the casino. Lovely staff. Enjoyed a comedy show. In-experienced bartender that made me a bad drunk and was upset that I didn't like it in which I asked to remake. But overall I appreciate this old casino staying on top of staying updated.

The view is really great. There is a glassed-in indoor area on the 108th floor with a super bar that offers frozen drinks. These were very tasty. On the 109th floor there is another large outdoor area and binoculars. There is also an elevator to all accessible floors. We enjoyed our stay. We did not test the restaurant or hotel or the adrenaline rush options.

A cute little casino, and very comfortable! Love it's not too big and out of the way of the main traffic of the Strip. The surrounding area can be a little iffy, but definitely a great place if you've been to the city before and know where you want to go. The view at the top can't be beat!

i give this hotel one star, simply because they charge you all these resort hotel fees, for what? i don’t know….because they don’t accommodate you with absolutely nothing. we asked for a microwave as well as blow dryer for our room they don’t have/or do that. our shower and sink stayed clogged up every time we shower or brushed our teeth. front desk was notified but absolutely nothing AGAIN. the room didn’t have the safety latch for the door which we pushed our luggage’s and chair against the door for our own safety. ANYBODY can walk in and out the hotel and get on the elevator to follow you. because it doesnt even have the elevator that you have to place the key against in order for the elevator to even go to ANY ROOM🥴🥴😡😡highly disappointed and scared. and also pool area was closed…so please tell me what all those extra fees for 🤷🏽♀️
