A friendly stay experience with IHG Group’s newly rebranded hotel in Shenzhen. Greeted warmly upon arrival by the front desk team under Tom, and also Neil from the Bar and Harieta from the lobby cafe. Loved the hop rooms that were spacious and the facilities included gym and swimming pools.
Excellent service. We definitely would love to be there again. Zoey 董正瑜 is great and help us a lot during our stay.
