Friendly staff, reasonably priced, great facilities and very suitable for families!

Without bringing your own lunch, you're in trouble, especially with kids, for various reasons.
Arrived at 9:30 am hoping for breakfast or a snack, but nothing available until it opened at 10. The snack bar, restaurant, and cold snacks were all inaccessible.
Given wrong information by the massage center receptionist that food was available. Actually, it's only open around 2 pm.
Wondered why everyone was carrying their own water bottles and backpacks into the water park instead of using lockers as instructed by the water park receptionist.
No water dispensers available for drinking.
Heard from a regular visitor about a wonderful Italian restaurant on-site.
Attempted to try the Italian restaurant but found out it was exclusive to sauna guests.
Sauna entry fee of 34 euros is excessively expensive.
Planned to spend a full day enjoying water activities, gaming areas, splashing waves, and pools, followed by sauna and a Hawaiian massage.
Chose a massage option after discussing with the receptionist, but it was only available at 2 pm, causing the omission of the sauna.
Wanted to eat outside the Italian restaurant, but the park's remote location meant there were only two bus stops and a large parking area in front of it.
Ended up paying 16 euros for a full day at the water park and 125 euros for a 90-minute Hawaiian massage - very expensive.
The massage was not a pleasant experience due to the extremely hard table causing scars and limited attention to the promised full-body massageface , hair, head, fingers or toes were barely touched)

Perfekt place for kids, for others too, saying better for every age👍👍🥰

Nice place to spend time with family, no matter if it's summer or winter outside, inside you enjoy the amenities with friends and family. Staff are friendly, there's vegetarian foods available that sold too.

Very nice Aquapark . good big two slides from 8 years old, but you can slide with kids less ages ( I've slid with 6 y.o. kid and it was perfect) . Plus one more good slide for all ages and several slides for small kids. There are a lot of different areas, for all ages. The inferior is perfect, a lot of palms, green , figures with animals. There are several pools, one with waves, the second for swimming .. The food is good, standard food and also bowls ( very delicious) . A lot of people, but didn't feel overwhelmed ( were on Saturday)

Wonderful saunas with different themes and temperatures. Water park also lots of fine. But loooooots of people. Better be 15 mins earlier to the special sauna event if you want a good spot. Food and drinks are all okay price reasonable. Fresh juice 5 euroish per glass

Very easy place to get to by the bus.
Receptionist was alittle slow but helpful. Very reasonable prices. Arrived early so wasn't too busy. Very clean. Facilities got busier by the day but the complex is large so there was enough space for everyone. Would go again. Well done H2O staff! 👍😁
