Good community pool. Also had a dome for winter.

Worst customer service EVER. Front desk person doesnt know anything about enrollment, we have to email the instructors directly. When you do, THEY NEVER RESPOND. I have been trying to get private swimming classes for my daughter and I reached out to invidual instructors via email and only 1 responded after 3 weeks. He assigned an instructor and have to admit She was awsome. My daughter was making good progress. August first week the trainer mentioned that she has to go back to SC as she goes there for her college. There was no communication ahead, just on the last day we came to know that she is only available for summer. From that day onwards I might have sent minimum of 5 to 6 emails to all the swim trainers that were listed on the website. NO ONE CARED to RESPOND STILL. Over all I finally decided to look somewhere else. I hate to see my daughter getting break because of this.

All right, I would put my review back:
Do not go, do not wast your money and your child’s time in the Future Star clinic. They do not coach anything on tennis, only coaching on water breaks and cleaning up balls, all other time during 90 min class, coaches just leave the kids playing freely with each other..
My son was in that Future Star class for one year and did not make any progress on tennis. It is a waste of time and money!
By the way, the director won’t allow parents to get into the bubble to see the court in winter so you won’t know what is going on inside, until in May when they move to outside courts, you can then figure out what the black box has been..

Wonderful place for kids to learn tennis and swimming. Great instructors.

I find this place quite "simple". It's a club and I would expect more tennis courts...nicer, more "funner" pool. It's just a simple pool. Montgomery Village has a kids water park pretty much ..and grown up pools with water park slides.... outdoor game areas ..volleyball courts....the pools just seem more attractive. This just seems like a 1980 pool.

QO Tennis and Swim Club is our summer pool destination. They have a young kid friendly area, a deeper area for more experienced swimmers, and a well with a diving board. They also have shower and locker room facilities for changing before and after. There's no food on premises but they have an eating area for food to be brought or ordered into.

I didn't get any services there. The front desk guy is good but didn't provide enough information about enrollment and when I called them the person answered the call was very rude. He even didn't bother to explain the process how to get the membership. The facility looked clean and the summer school instructors were very cooperative.
