Today my husband and I tried to ride a Metro to Arlington for the first time. We are tourists…. But I asked for information to the woman inside the kiosk and she was very rude and unhelpful!!! We gave up to do the ride because we felt insecure. The station was not busy and she was there to do her job!! Being kind is important for jobs that deal with people.
