The Foothills Medspa team is knowledgeable and experienced and will set you up with a program that will exceed your expectations. It's a life changing experience.

First time experience to Botox and the staff was incredible. They alleviated any worries I had by simply explaining the procedure in great detail. Dr. Guy made the injections as comfortable as possible. I was really impressed. The office was clean and extremely organized. I highly recommend Foothills Med Spa to anyone!

Dr. Guy injected Restylane into my tear troughs. The results are disfiguring granulomas and lumps of product in my tear troughs (as diagnosed by oculofacial plastic surgeon). Dr. Guy is responsible for reporting adverse effects to Galderma. When she failed to do so, I reported it. She took 20 days to respond to Galderma’s inquiries. Although I had been a loyal monthly client at Foothill Med Spa for 18 months, when I asked for a refund for the Restylane injection, it replied “we do not offer refunds due to lack of desired results.” It further copied and pasted this portion of the consent form: "I have been informed of the risks associated with injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers for cosmetic use including; Headaches, respiratory infection, fly syndrome, redness at injection site, temporary eyelid ptosis (drooping). Bruising, pin point bleeding, skin rash, infection, itching, product nodules at injection site, numbness, asymmetry, tenderness at injection(s) site, and lack of desired results. If I choose to continue with my treatment then I accept that my money will not be refunded due to side-effects or lack of desired results."

I strongly advise against receiving any services from Foothills Med Spa.

I cannot recommend Foothills Med Spa. The diet they push is starvation. They supply you with a one page copy of the diet and some drops they say will reduce your appetite. I consider the fee of $700 to be a waste of money.
