Good store to shop Indian and Srilankan groceries, spices, vegetables and fruits. Well stocked. Clean and organized. Courteous staff. Quick and efficient service. They even have a points card which accumulates points to redeem later. There is enough parking although it gets crowded on the weekends.
Fresh vegetables all the time. Perfect place for south Indian/Sri Lankans. The perfect neighborhood convince store
Inappropriate behavior by the male employees (cashier)
08/09/23 @ 1600hrs, male cashier made an inappropriate comment to a girl who was perching small banana. ("You only like small bananas" dirty look with smile)
That comment made the girl and the people waiting on the line feel uncomfortable.
To the management : These behaviors need to stop immediately! Please educate your employees on how to behave.

This store is known for selling expired/past best before products and if you take it back, they’ll tell you that they can’t take it back bc it’s a loss for them lol and even further they’ll blame you saying that it’s your responsibility to check. Argue endlessly to take zero responsibility while putting 100 percent blame on customer.. such jokers. AVOID at all cost!!’

The poorest spice land ever ever I went specially customer appearance is “nil” . Just now I camed from there and I talked in Tamil the lady who works in the cashier also Tamil she replied in English.and i again talked in Tamil eg: how much is this etc…. She replied in English this is not 1 st time this is happened always even 1 is not good to give rating ..other all ok except customer appearance

I went there to get groceries,while billing one of the billing staff hurt my finger, I told her two times that 'you hurt me' and she didn't give any response.I expected basic manners from her side. The management should give them basic training about customer service .
