Panda House Chinese Restaurant

We used to love Panda House. Just found out while ordering take out that they have new owners. Will NEVER go back. Got home and had the wrong soup, left the family home to eat while
I drove back to get the correct soup which left me eating cold food when I got home. When I got home the family didn't have anything good to say. We had 2 chicken dinners and one beef. I have never seen cashew chicken with breaded chicken and no vegetables. Both chicken meals tasted like they had been cooked in a pan that had been burned and not cleaned. The egg rolls were not edible. Everything was bland or had a funny taste. Spent over $60 on food that went in the trash. One family member said the egg drop soup tasted like play-dough. And the entrees were swimming in what was supposed to be sauce but was more like water.

Dined at Panda House Chinese Restaurant and was blown away by the authentic flavors! The shrimp fired noodles, the chicken soup and mussel was exceptional. Highly recommended!

We used to go to this place quite often and really enjoyed it for many years. The last few times we were there it was a different experience. Staff and owners weren’t very friendly, giving us kind of the cold shoulder. Food was 5 star and went to a overpriced 2 star. The waitstaff went from very friendly and courteous, to young, inexperienced and forgetful. They also had a hard time serving us and other customers around us as well. Struggling with 3 tables of 2 people. Food portions went from generous and delicious to overpriced and smaller. The restaurant and especially the atmosphere needs a makeover very badly as well. Seats are uncomfortable and cleanliness in the dining room area is less than satisfactory. We stopped going about there about 6 months ago and we wished them the best. Unfortunately we won’t be making any guest appearances anymore.

We absolutely enjoyed our waitress. She was amazing! Our food was hot and delicious. Dinner was budget friendly and perfect for date night.

The food was great and our waitress was funny and awesome. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and provided awesome service.

First time here and it was a good trip. Heard about them having a small buffet and wanted to check it out. Should have checked on the hours of it... since it was closed when we got there. I didn't let that chase me away and we tried a few things. The crabragoon was a little disappointing as I couldn't taste anything besides the cream cheese. I enjoyed the egg drop soup and egg roll but he did not. The chicken fried rice was good and they slice their chicken instead of putting it into chucks with fat. He said his was lackluster and would not order it again if we ended up going back. The server was fabulous and our drinks were filled in a timely manner and she was the only one doing several duties... cashier, server, getting to go orders. Very impressed, she did it all with a smile. We plan on going back.

One of those places you have to give her ratings. The selection of food is HUGE (almost want to take away a half-star because the menu given doesn't say what is in them, but you can get the actual info from menu on line). The food was great and plenty of it. The bathrooms are very clean and the hostess/waitresses are very polite and efficient. Nicely done.
