I've been to the A1Art Studio twice and it's always a great time! Once for a private birthday party and the other time for a puff and paint class. The studio does themed classes and private events, so there's always something different to experience there. It's also located right off the L Morgan stop in Brooklyn, so it's easy to get to!
Classes at this studio are not like your typical paint and sip class, they're BETTER. The painting selections are actually cute and can be hung up. Drinks are BYOB which gives you flexibility and doesn't force you to spend extra $$. The studio is also weed/cannabis friendly (also BYO and probably the first Bklyn studio to do this!), so those who want to partake can do so freely. She also has a small shop set up with merch, original paintings, snacks and beverages to buy.
The class itself is soooo fun and well paced. Sabrina is really good at what she does. She's very patient and gives clear instructions. Following her direction will make your painting look just like hers, even as someone who's never painted. She also makes it interactive with pop culture trivia questions and random prizes. The music selection is always great and sets the vibe for the class. I definitely recommend this studio for a good time with a group of friends or celebrating an occasion in a unique way.
