I can't believe the lady at the cash charged me for a bottle of water after overcharging me double for my food and also taking a 15 percent tip. Not good customer service, and the sandwiches were very mediocre.
The food is good and high quality but the way staff treats customers is just not ok.
I come here often and always get the salad platter with beef. I have dietary restrictions and can't eat all of that food in one sitting, so i ask for the beef and the garlic on the side. There is just no way to rehat the beef that is mixed with salad and sauces.
Evrey time I ask the staff for the beef to be in a seprate container, they make a big fuss about it. I understand it's a bit of extra work and appreciate it . But where is the customer service? You don't need to make people feel uncomfortable for wanting to get their order in a certain way.

My recent visit propelled this place into my top 2 shawarma placed in Ottawa and the #1 beef shawarma I have had. It was juicy, seasoned, and wasn't tiny. My partner and I really enjoyed this place and will definetly be one of go to places.
If your a pretty girl you will get great service and plenty of stuff but if you are a guy you will have hard time not getting your order messed up and will have to confirm what you ordered multiple times as some of the employees Seem to enjoy asking several times what was the order.

Mr. Shawarma in Ottawa truly exceeded my expectations. The flavors in their chicken shawarma wrap were exceptional, with tender, perfectly seasoned chicken and a medley of fresh vegetables. The quality of their ingredients is top-notch, and their friendly, knowledgeable staff added to the enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, and the service was prompt. If you're in Ottawa, I highly recommend Mr. Shawarma for an outstanding shawarma experience. 5 stars well-deserved!

We tried their family shawarma platters sevaral time and are really tasty, similar to the Middle East, and worthy of the money.
Awesome food. Go to place for Falafel.. v fresh , always fresh. v friendly staff and get extra points by being a member.
