I am shocked at the disorganization and dishonesty I have encountered at the Trump Hotel Washington DC. My husband said check-in was a nightmare. I sent him a package a day early with specific instructions to deliver to his room. The label had his name, date of arrival, and the group he was traveling with. I called today to see if he was able to pick up the package when he got there as he went straight to conference meetings. No one had a clue about any package... 45 minutes later they told me it was At the front desk because my husband said he would pick it up when he was done with his meeting. That was a lie. My husband was upset after having to verify he never said that. Tonight again they are saying that they have no idea where the package is even though they stated earlier today that it was at the front desk. I am furious. Poorly poorly run hotel. I would expect more from a Trump organization. I still support and love our president, but I hope things do not suffer while he is trying to save the country. It appears that way.

Visited this amazing building that is run by an amazing family. So glad we have you as our president. Keep making America great again.

Obsoluly one 5 star hotel in my book, close to all the city has to offer,the service was impeccable answer all ur questions and very knowledgeable of the current event in the area. Just a one in a life time experience well do it again next year.
