Avoid buying from this company. They're not truthful about delivery times, and once they have your money, they won't refund . Be cautious.

I purchased a table, they said it would arrive early September, it’s now October and it still has not arrived. No customer service responds to emails or to calls or on their site live chat is automated responses not a human. My order status now says completed but I’ve still never received my table so I am left to contest this transaction with my credit card company. This company has 0 customer service. Purchase at your own risk.

One Kings Lana is terrible! I ordered a dresser. While still waiting for it, THEY sent me an email that it went on sale and they will not honor the new price and provide a price adjustment. Talk about unsavory business practices. Not sure if this violates consumer laws but I will be pursuing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

BUYER BEWARE! Their Instagram looks fabulous but dont let that FOOL you. H O R R I B L E T E R R I B L E customer service. Ordered a print 02/27/2023 its now March 3rd still not received it and its still "processing" I've sent several messages and comments on their IG an no reply. Thank gosh I can file a claim with my credit card.

This company is terrible. They sent us a bedroom set and every piece was damaged save one. We refused delivery and they then gave the shipper for the replacement pieces the wrong phone number. After over a month of waiting we began calling and asking for updates. They just told us it was on the shipper and they couldn't help us and didn't know where the items were. We kept calling and finally got someone to take the time to call the shipping company and discover they gave them the wrong phone number so we got delivery set up immediately. This could have been resolved weeks earlier if they would have just tried to help. Then the new pieces arrived and they were damaged again. We asked why this keeps happening and they just said it changes hands a lot during shipping. Other companies we have ordered furniture from were much easier to deal with. I would recommend avoiding this one. Mistakes happen but their indifference and lack of desire to help resolve any issue you have is extremely frustrating and compound the mistake.

Spent over $2000 on an ottoman purchased at full price. It was ordered in January and supposed to arrive between mid-May to June 1. June 7 rolls around and I decide to give them a call to see what’s going on and get an update on ETA. The rep tells me that there is probably a hold up with fabric (understandable due to global shipping issues during Covid). He says he’ll contact the vendor and see what the ETA is, then send me an email with the update and give me the option to cancel if I like. I say ok. Three days later still no email. I call customer service again. The rep tells me that someone (i.e. me) called them on June 2 asking to change the color of the ottoman and when “I” was told no that the order was cancelled. Ummmmmmm NO! I told the rep that that never happened and could provide phone records to prove it. The rep came off as accusatory telling me that “his manager would have to listen back on the recording of the calls and determine what happened”. Oh right, because his manager knows exactly what my voice sounds like. Absolutely ridiculous that someone else could call in and get access to my order info and potentially my credit card information?!?! Do better One Kings Lane. Your Google Ads should be suspended if you’re that lax with privacy standards.

One Kings Lane customer service is horrible. I ordered a throw blanket for decorative purposes (I didn't even use it) and it started shedding and the wool started unraveling. I called to see if I can exchange it or get a refund 5 weeks later and they said I wasn't within the 30 day policy. I was very upset because they didn't even ask me for picture of the item or try they just said flat out we can't because of the 30 day return policy. I under the policy but this is damaged. they didn't budge. Take your business somewhere else - I dealt with great customer service from other furniture - household items websites. This one will never get my business again
