Crust Bakery

The array of pastries (and also a line) drew me into Crust whilst walking in Victoria. So many sweet and savoury choices available, but was recommended to try the pistachio tart. It was so good - I was only in Victoria for a day trip or else would have gone again - highly recommended.

My first visit was 2 Tuesdays ago, I was looking for some sweet and savory pastries. It was also after lunch, so my expectations were lower cause most have sold out by now. Maybe i lucked out, but I was able to get a Farmer Bens breakfast pastry and 2 sour cherry and 1 blueberry pastries. Wow, they were awesome and gone so fast. I've been back this past Tuesday for a repeat, and it was even better, mainly cause i was earlier and everything seemed warmer and even fresher. This will probably be my new Tuesday morning tradition, cant wait to try other things as well. Also, for a small space, everything seems very well organized. The staff have all been very helpful, welcoming, and courteous. There is a very efficient flow here and also very clean. Thank you.

Awesome little bakery place in Victoria, tons of creative and flavorful bakeries and sandwiches. Staff were super nice and friendly, but be mindful of lines and wait time (they are just too good and the whole town knows).

Hands down, the best bakery on the island! All the baked goods they make taste amazing. One bite feels like you're floating on a cloud of sweet and savory pastry heaven, and my most favorite breakfast danish is the sweet creme brulee tarts, so good and yummy delicious! 🤤
Those little discs of joy are always the first to go!! The cruffins were a little different but delish, and so was the sour cherry tart. Enjoy this bakery when you visit because it's hard to find one this special! ✨️ 💯

Visited Crust bakery by chance. I was really surprised by their absolutely delicious bakery. Be it Snickerdoodle cookie or Honey cinnamon cookies, you will love it. My personal favourites are Sour cherry pastry. From the crunch in them to the deliciousness of cherries , there is fusion of flavour in each and every bite. Friendly staff and quick service just adds to the beauty and experience of it. Do visit if you are in downtown. ❤️❤️

It’s the second time I’ve been here and the pastries are pretty good! The bacon quiche was delicious and so was the blackberry tart. The crème brûlée tart was a bit thick on the sugar though. Overall their pastries are great and I would definitely go here again.

The pastries here are phenomenal! We made a stop by specifically hoping to find the carrot cake, which was definitely worth it. We also tried two other pastries: one with meringue and one with blueberry curd. Everything we had was delicious! The staff recommended coming early in the day for more selection as they usually sell out early, especially the savory pastries. I look forward to visiting again!
