Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered to pick up, it was suppose to be ready at 7.20. It's 8.20 and its still not ready. There's a large group of people waiting. I called customer service and got a refund really easily though. Did order in an hour later and the portions they gave were smaller usual :(

Last attempt... Tried 3x and our order is always 20mins late and 90% wrong every time.
Not coming back again but at least Chipotle corporate will give you free coupons if you submit an issue through the app.

I love Chipolte but this location is dirty and poorly maintained. Staff were unpleasent, surly. Unwilling to make more white rice or chips one hour before closing. Kitchen was disgusting, eating area filthy with food and trash everywhere. Soda machine had stains and buttons stuck, the sort of grime that takes months of not cleaning to accumulate. It is obvious that chipolte corporate or even the local health inspectors skip this place.

Sink did not work. Water would not turn on. Employees were completely unfriendly. We're constantly short on silverware. Employees were extremely unfriendly. The stood and glared at me while I ate. You need to find someone new to work there. The cashier (Evelyne) was the worst. Someone needs to go through and stock the silverware and napkins. Very poor customer service from a reliable company like Chipotle. I'm highly dissatisfied and will never return. Management should get involved.

They are unfriendly and you can't put what you want in your burrito because they don't know how to put it together and they say that they only have a few ingredients to make the job easier. I don't understand why I can't choose my ingredients if I've never had these problems in other chipotles

The reviews complaining about the store being out of napkins and drinks are correct, but it is also the most delicious chipotle I have been to! Someone is doing something right in the kitchen. Until I went here i didn't understand that Chipotles could vary, but this one is delicious and I once went to a very bland one in Maine.

The staff here is always exceptionally rude. The food is passable. The drink station is poorly maintained. They didn't even have tops for drinks.They ran out of chips while we were there. The soda was flat and badly mixed. Tried it a few months ago and decided to go back to see if they had improved. Will not be back.
