Took my entire work team to this spot. We were not prepared for how absolutely amazing the pasta was going to be!! They have their own special way of making the pasta and it made for a very unique experience. Our waiter was also very detailed in explaining the menu and facts about the food (thank you Giorgio!) I got the lasagne which was perfection. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Dustin C. Made our night and first experience at 400 Gradi very memorable. We had the bolognese and Gnocchi Luigi - truly amazing. Great wine bottle list, we had the Chianti. This is my new favorite restaurant in Dallas all thanks to Dustin. - love from Lucy and Romero

When you're sick of simple pasta and pizza, here's a restaurant where you can enjoy cool wine and the atmosphere of the city. All of the staff are professional and passionate. The food and wine were all full of flavor and I was very satisfied with the time I spent here.

Great location and world class service, would return just for the service.
However food was great without being
Spectacular.
Pizzas and salad very underwhelming versus the net hype.
I really don’t understand the other reviewers hype or ratings
In saying that best in class service

This place with your good. We stoped by for lunch as a group of six and it was not too busy in the middle of the week but I had a reservation. The calamari was a little dry but pappardelle ai funghi (thick pasta with mushrooms) was phenomenal. Everybody else enjoyed their food as well.

400 Gradi Dallas, located in the bustling heart of downtown Dallas, truly lives up to its reputation. Having been recommended to try this place by a friend who dined at their Australian location, I was excited to explore their offerings here in Dallas.

Upon arrival, I was pleased to find self-parking nearby, with the bonus of it being free for restaurant patrons. The restaurant itself exuded a modern and clean ambiance, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience.

The service was impeccable from the beginning, with attentive and friendly staff that added to the warm atmosphere. We started our culinary journey with a meat and cheese plate appetizer, presenting a variety of both that paired beautifully with the Italian sweet wine we ordered.

However, the true star of the evening was the Margherita Verace pizza. This menu item has brought fame to 400 Gradi, and one bite into this authentically Italian creation, I understood why. Baked in traditional ovens, the pizza was thin, adorned with excellent flour, cheese, tomatoes, and basil. Though simple, it resonated with the very essence of Italian pizzas I've tasted during my travels. It was an authentic experience that transported me back to Italy.

The entire experience at 400 Gradi Dallas was not just a meal, but a delightful culinary adventure. From the modern atmosphere to the attentiveness of the staff and the memorable food, this restaurant has certainly earned my highest recommendation. If you find yourself in Dallas, make it a point to visit – it's an experience not to be missed!

Went for dinner on a Saturday night at 8:15 pm. We ordered the eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer and even though it was delicious, I thought the portion was pretty small for the price ($15) and it was almost cold. We ordered the bolognese and the gnocchi. After a couple minutes our waitress came back and informed us that they had run out of gnocchi. We agreed to choose a different type of pasta, and a couple of minutes later our waitress comes back with our food and turns out they were able to prepare our gnocchi before they ran out. The food was great, it had great taste and the portion was good as well. For dessert we had the tiramisu, and it was good, however the bread was a little dry. Our waitress was great, I know it’s not her fault and have no complaints about her, but I never understood how a restaurant runs out of anything especially on a weekend? We were lucky that we were able to get the gnocchi like we wanted but the table besides us didn’t and had to choose a different dish.
Spent around $85 between 2 people before tip.
