Very good items

Don’t buy shades from this outlet. I bought two shades in the last four month. Two of them got broke. Quality is not good. I went to store to check with staff if they could fix the one which I bought seven days ago. They said they don’t have any provision for that and asked me to call brands for less customer care. I did and talk with one of their representatives. To which he said they can’t do anything on this. I asked him what should I do with 177 AED shades, he said ‘I don’t know’.

Had a bad experience. Don’t buy shades from here at all.

Al Yasmeen Branch in Al Wahda Sharjah- I think you need to give training to your staff especially you we're at customer service. Your staff are so lazy she don't even hear what I am asking for and she said WE DON'T HAVE. Instead of buying the items that I already took, i left it on the counter because I just want to check to item color and your staff name MADELINE at the counter said NO!! is that the way you are treating your customer? BRANDS FOR LESS do something with your staff attitude!!! it happened SEPTEMBER 7 around 9pm onwards. Your staff on that branch are all LAZY!!!!

They do have good collections of most of the items

The staff is not all helpful in the shop. The shop is good, but you need time to find what you want. Also, please check the item's condition before leaving the shop to avoid return for exchange in the Sharjah traffic.
