A scam hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived. It turned to be given to other guests. We were given an apartment on the roof. It was raining and the roof leaked water in the living room. Never again. The hotel is outdated in everything.
The hotel need to be upgraded
Hair dryer is not working
Bathroom need few fixing
The staff moning staff is not professional.
If you complain the will ask you to take your money and leave!
The hotel also has 2 names so it is hard to find it by taxi

Good location but bad room. Very small room with big bed and small bathroom and very small sink. Not too clean.
I will give five Stars for the Hotel and one thousand stars for the reception and the team , Good reception, smile, cooperation and good hosting and i will mention a name of one of the receptions name ''Alpay'' . this man really deserve all the good words , i wish for him the full happiness and the best of luck in his career , Thank you man ❤️
The worst hotel ever..
Take care, the guys who work there are hitting the guests.. We asked the receptionist to refund our money because the room was very dirty and not at all as pictures.. Then one of the guys came shouting on us, then he starts beating one of the ladies who was arguing with him because of refund..
In addition, the rooms are very bad, the beds was with a very dirty covers, the pillows are in different sizes without covers and with bad smell. All towels were dirty with very bad smells.. No phone to call the receptionist for cleaning or so..
This hotel was rated 5 stars few years back, then it moved to 4 stars due to the bad treatment they give to customers and non cleaning rooms. I think this hotel shouldn’t get more than 2 to 3 stars if not 1 star..
I wanted to upload some photos, but unfortunately the guy hit the lady who was taking photos and videos and forced us to delete all the photos and videos. Eventually, we didn’t sleep in the hotel and we lost the full amount paid for 10 days..

Shocking ! Disturbing and shaming ! The beautiful Istanbul deserve way better than this outrageous display of hostility ! What I’ve heard about this hotel haunted me to the core as I’ve never known such a violent experience , I am hopeful this won’t go unnoticed and without disciplinary act from those who care about the Istanbul whom the whole world adore and respect !

the most awful hotel I’ve ever been. Broken door, broken bed, broken hair dryer, shower was getting super hot and super cold at same time constantly and when I asked them why shower is like this reception was incredibly rude saying it’s ok I can take shower and it’s your problem if you can’t take shower with bioling water. Don’t waste your money and time with this “hotel” so dirty area and hotel. How a hotel rooms door can be broken and architrave around door came off?? If I could give them 0 star I’d give. My worst holiday staying by far. EVEN HERE I CAN SEE THEY PUT GOOD REVIEW FOR THEMSELVES YOU CAN NOTICE VERY EASY. Funny
